Beginning of Week 9, onwards and downwards


After quiting smoking beginning of last week, I went fully off plan. I knew that I was going to put on. I was hoping really to put on. I needed that punishment of putting on. To start a fresh.

So I went to meeting, stayed the full session, got weighed and I’d put on 5lbs. Am I disappointed? No because quiting smoking is important to me.

But it is the start of a new week and I’m back on plan which means back to healthy goodies like this.


Slimming World beef in gravy and veg crush.


Muller light toffee topped with a benefit light bar.


And I have also switched to skimmed milk.

I will get back on track!
